Blind Notes Music is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to bringing joy, hope, encouragement, and exceptional live music to audiences of all ages. Through concerts, school outreach and inspirational programs, Mary Mikels shares the power of music while encouraging others to see ability beyond disability. Mary and her mother, Juana Mikels, serve as volunteers while providing turnkey professional concerts complete with sound, lighting and stage-themed décor. Performance fees help fund this professional production, while tax-deductible donations provide additional support for outreach, travel, equipment and future needs. Looking to the future, concert fees and donations will help provide the professional support Mary will need to continue her music when family volunteer support is no longer available.
